When you enter you will then be required to register, on doing so, you will receive an email, please click the link to confirm. You will then be able to complete your entry. Return at any point using your login credentials to manage your account and modify your entry until to closing date.

The inaugural Freighters World Awards will be presented at the Freighter World Conference gala dinner in Chicago on 26 September. Please submit your entries by 30 July 2017. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

Entry rules:

  • Please submit an entry of up to 1,000 words outlining why you deserve the award (appendices are excluded from this count)
  • Provide supporting evidence that is clearly referenced in the entry
  • All entrants must agree to publicity in respect to their entry both before and after the awards presentation
  • Any confidential data in the entry must be clearly highlighted as such and will not be published
  • The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence on their decision will be entered into
  • By registering and completing an entry for the Freighters World Awards you agree to these terms and condition

Best Freighter Operator

This award is open to businesses which operate their own freighter fleet . Using facts/figures/testimonials, the judges will want to see evidence of one or more of:
• Operational efficiency
• Customer satisfaction
• The introduction of new services or products

Best Freighter Hub

Using facts/figures/testimonials, the judges will want to see evidence of one or more of:
• How you are improving the air cargo supply chain based in and around your hub
• Investments you have made that improve the airline experience when it comes to loading/unloading cargo

Best Charter Logistics Project

Open to providers of charter logistic services who have handled a special project in order to meet the requirements of the customer.
Using facts/figures/testimonials, the judges will want to see evidence of one or more of:
• Delivery of a project on time and to budget
• Customer satisfaction
• How you overcame any challenges presented by the project

Innovator of the Year

This award is open to any businesses who is providing innovative products, services or operations that are helping to transform the air cargo industry. The judges will want to see evidence of:
• Originality of services or features
• The success of the product within the market and against performance indicators
• Effective deployment and a collaborative approach with client, customer, logistics network
